Rubicon Land was formed in late 2012 by Colin Taylor and Alistair Reid-Thomas, who between them draw on over fifty years of direct development experience having weathered the peaks and troughs of previous market cycles.

We have built a formidable track record and reputation in our markets for delivering outstanding value from a modest capital base, repeatedly outperforming industry benchmarks. As Directors at Vico Property Group we completed projects totalling over one million square feet of space across all sectors of the market.

Our highly focused approach is underpinned by sound risk management. Working in partnership with others, repeat business is central to our strategy, with long term relationships a key tenet of our philosophy.

We pride ourselves on our ability to critically assess development potential and our detailed understanding of the site identification and selection process. We have expertise in undertaking complex land assembly and successfully navigating the labyrinthine planning process.

We have invested significant capital into the business “skin in the game” to back up our proposition going forward. This investment, allied with funding available from our equity partners and our experience and market knowledge means we are well placed to take advantage of opportunities presented by current market conditions.
